Our  Story

Petite Bliss Bakery is a licensed home bakery based in Issaquah, WA. Created in 2021 and led by Svitlana Filatova, Petite Bliss Bakery is most known for its French macarons.

We believe that our customers deserve the best experience when enjoy our desserts. The perfect macaron is a combination of a smooth texture of the macaron shell and a delicate natural flavored ganache filling.

Macaron is not just a regular cookie.

An artisan French macaron is an experience of a burst of a vibrant flavor that starts with a little crunch of the shell on the outside, followed by the soft and gentle texture inside with a velvety rich and fragrant ganache filling that melts in your mouth.

How Our Macarons Made

we use quality ingredients 

For macaron shells we use extra fine California grown almond flour, cage free organic eggs and pure cane sugar.

We fill ALL macarons with chocolate ganache based on finest couverture Belgian chocolate - dark, milk or white.

We use fresh whipping cream, locally grown fruit and berry purées, natural extracts and organic nut butters to flavor our ganache.

Some macaron flavors are a combination of a chocolate ganache and either caramel, or berry/fruit confit.

Custom Cakes and Cupcakes

We’re proud of our delightful cakes and cupcakes! Fluffy Genoise sponge married with a silky and just enough sweet frosting, and decorated with a unique personal touch!

Madeleine Cakes

Our delicate and buttery madeleine cakes come in a variety of flavors and shapes. Soft and airy inside with slightly crisp edges, flavored with natural extracts, herbs and freeze dried berries.

Hot Cocoa Bombs

We use couverture Belgian chocolate with a high cocoa butter content to make our hot cocoa bombs taste rich and delightful. Our hot cocoa bombs are not just a traditional festive treat, they also can become an amazing personalized sweet gift!
